What I Ate When I Had Cancer

What I Ate When I Had Cancer

When I had Cancer, I knew my diet would have to change drastically and it was very difficult.  However, after thousands of hours of research and lots of prayer asking for guidance, I came up with the plan that ultimately helped me to heal Cancer naturally.

What I Ate for Breakfast:

  • Pineapple
  • The Budwig Protocol
  • Green Juice
  • Apricot Kernels (spread out through the day)

Mid Morning:

  • Green Juice

  • Salad
  • Green Juice

Mid Afternoon:

  • Green Juice

  • Vegetarian Stir Fry Vegetables
  • Or salad
  • Or vegetarian meal (see book recipes)
  • Green Juice

Night Snack:

  • Raw Almonds (15)
  • Or Budwig shake or Budwig ice cream

Healing Cancer Naturally was an all day thing and in between the eating and juicing, I was out hiking, ice skating, spending time in the sun and using dry heat saunas.  Anything I could do to sweat out toxins.

yes, even with some glitches (yet unseen), this is a great layout for the things you want to talk about. I have had your book for some time but this seems so much easier…got love the colorful pictures!

I understand , once you have cancer , you have to stay on a regimen diet or the cancer can come back. I would like to try the apricot kernels but where do you get them?

I had cancer back in 2010 in which they removed part of my lung and several lymph nodes that were cancerous. Now they say ,, I have 3 lymph nodes that lit up doing a scan. They want to do a biopsy to confirm it and set me up with a oncologist for chemo/radiation. NO WAY! Hippocrates> FIRST DO NO HARM.

I got my apricot kernels from an apricot farm in central California, where I cracked the kernels open fresh daily. They also sell kernels already cracked open but they won’t be as fresh. Try either apricotking dot com or apricotpower dot com or amazon dot com .

Why do you favour juice over smoothies? I find with smoothies I’m getting all the nutrients and fibre from the vegetables and there’s no waste, they’re also a meal replacement which I find good.
